The Warmest of Smile, The Coldest of Eye
When I spot a guy
I look at him in the eye.
I saw him standing
Standing by the pillar
Flashing Hollywood heartthrob grin
One that is a killer.
He had the warmest smile
As bright as the sunshine
You could see it from a mile
So glittering that you blind.
But something in his eyes
The source of evil that glitter
They weren’t bright nor were they nice
They could be lethal.
His eyes were so cold
Chilling me to the depth of my soul
And while passing by him in a rush
Suddenly he didn’t look quite as nice
All because of his eyes.
There’s something in the eye
That dampen even his warmest smile
Warning me to be cautious
The aura surrounding him felt dangerous.
Everything lays in the eye
You can fake a smile
You can’t fake an eye
That summarises why
When I see a guy
I look at him in the eye.
